Pyrkon is coming! The next convention will be from the 24th to the 26th of April 2015 in Poznan, Poland. It is one of Europe’s largest science-fiction and fantasy festivals. The event organized by fans increased the number of fans significantly each year until the unbelievable number of around 24.000! – Wow, really? Not two zeros too much??? – No, Poland seems to have a very well-organized fandom, and this event with almost anything you can love about speculative fiction in general simply attracts more people than just a few hardcore nerds.

As a fan from abroad, please especially note the English program line with a lot world-wide famous guests from different countries – but also fannish people hold their panels. As I mentioned: Everything. A convention report will follow at Europa SF!
